Des has worked in the financial services industry for 15 years, dealing with expatriate financial affairs throughout the European Union. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Des Cooney created the company Axis Strategy Consultants in 1999.
