Axis Property Consultants offer a 1-hour consultation to help both resident and non-resident buyers understand the 'ins and outs' of the real estate industry in France. The session will cover the following areas:
- A thorough review of the current and 'real prices' of French property in order to help clients avoid overpaying.
- A detailed explanation of all the pitfalls involved in the buying process.
- Introduction to bilingual notaries, capable of handling all legal issues and transactions.
- The provision of an 'easy to understand' explanation of how the French mortgage system works. If necessary Axis Property Consultants put clients in contact with reputed international banks that specialize in lending to non-French buyers.
- An in-depth analysis of the purchasing criteria is conducted with a view to guiding clients in the right direction for the financing of the mortgage.
This service is normally charged to clients at a rate of 300 € per session. However, Axis Property Consultants are extending a consultation 'free of charge' to prospective clients between 1 May and 1 Nov 2007. The consultation can be conducted on site at our associated Agency, or alternatively by telephone.
